Đấu giá để mua 'Cuộc săn lý tưởng'
cùng với Donald Trump Jr.
Ngaỳ mai, 5 tháng 2, sẽ có hàng ngàn thợ săn từ
khắp nơi trên thế giới dự kiến sẽ tham dự Hội
nghị quốc tế Safari bắt đầu, nơi Trump Jr, một tay săn cho chiến tích, được
coi là diễn giả chính.
Con trai của Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump Jr đang được
ra giá cho cuộc đấu giá tại một hội nghị săn bắn hàng năm ở Reno, Nevada
cùng với các cuộc thám hiểm để bắn voi, gấu và hươu cao cổ.
Các giải thưởng khác bao gồm chuyến săn voi, trâu rừng, linh dương , cá sấu ở Phi Châu.

Mộ̣t cuộc đấu giá đặc biệt năm nay cuộc săn hươu đen Sitka kéo dài một tuần ở Alaska với Trump Jr, con trai ông ta và một người hướng dẫn.
Giải thưởng đấu giá quảng cáo như sau :
"Năm nay chúng ta sẽ có Donald Trump Jr, một người đàn ông không cần giới
thiệu, và niềm đam mê sống ngoài trời khiến anh ta trở thành đại sứ số một cho
cách sống của chúng ta."
Được biết việc đấu giá săn bắn với con trai
Tổng thống xẩy ra không lâu lắm sau khi báo ProPublica tiết lộ Trump Jr đã giết một loài cừu
gần tuyệt chủng quý hiếm trong chuyến đi săn đến Mông Cổ vào mùa hè năm
ngoái.
Kitty Block, chủ tịch và giám đốc điều hành của Hiệp
hội Nhân đạo Hoa Kỳ nói : " Sự kiện
thường niên này là cuộc họp lớn nhất trong thế giới của những người ăn mừng việc
săn giết, mua và bán động vật chết vô nghĩa để giành quyền khoe khoang. Trong
khi hành tinh của chúng ta bị khủng hoảng tuyệt chủng, thì đó là công việc
bình thường đối với ngành săn bắn giành chiến tích, và Câu Lạc Bộ Safari
vẫn tiếp tục hăng say chi hàng triệu đô la mỗi năm để tiêu diệt động vật hoang
dã đang bị đe dọa."
Câu Lạc bộ Safari phản ứng cho rằng đây là
những lời "cực kỳ đạo đức giả", và rằng săn bắn có đóng góp
to lớn cho việc bảo tồn và mô tả Trump Jr là một nhà bảo tồn tài ba.
Các quy định xung quanh việc cho đem vào chiến lợi
phẩm săn bắn đã được nới lỏng dưới thời Donald Trump, mặc dù trước đó Trump đã
mô tả hoạt động này là một 'màn kinh khiếp" , và dù con trai ông ta rất
thích trò chơi lớn săn bắn naỳ. Năm 2018, chính quyền Trump đã đổi luật làm
cho việc nhập khẩu chiến lợi phẩm từ các động vật giết được như voi và sư tử
dễ dàng hơn.

A week-long “dream hunt” with the US president’s
son Donald
Trump Jr is being auctioned at an annual trophy hunting convention in
Reno, Nevada alongside expeditions to shoot elephants, bears and giraffes.
The four-day event organized by Safari Club
International (SCI) and advertised as a “hunters’ heaven”, will culminate on
Saturday with an auction for a week-long Sitka black-tailed deer hunt in Alaska
with Trump Jr, his son and a guide. At the time of writing, bidding for the
yacht-based expedition stands at $10,000 (£7,685).
Other prizes include the chance to shoot an elephant
on a
14-day trip in Namibia, an all-inclusive
hunt package to Zimbabwe to kill buffalo, giraffe and wildebeest,
and a
10-day crocodile hunting expedition in South Africa. The proceeds from
the auction, which campaigners say could exceed $5m, will fund SCI’s “hunter
advocacy and wildlife conservation efforts”, according to the organization.

PATHETIC
trophy hunters can pay extra to have majestic lions, giraffes and zebras
"kneecapped" before they hunt them, so they're guaranteed to get a
kill-shot, it has been claimed.
After shelling out around £50 k on the initial
safari, the hunters can pay thousands extra per animal they wish to kill.

According to BILD,
a salesperson from HHK Safaris told a reporter: "We drive up to 30 meters
with leopards, shoot the animal in the legs first, then you can kill it".
On their website, HHK Safaris describe
themselves as: "Africa’s largest safari operator, with exclusive control
over some of Africa's best Hunting and Fishing concessions.
"Our wildlife concessions and our diverse
hunting quotas allow us to tailor safaris to our clients' individual
demands".
HHK Safaris told Sun Online they deny these claims.
The company's website boasts endless snaps of dead
beasts
And it's not the first time a safari company has
been accused of offering sickening deals.
Following a year--long investigation into
the callous industry headed by former Tory peer Lord Ashcroft, it was
revealed last year huge numbers of lions are targeted inside fenced enclosures by
wealthy trophy hunters.
Dubbed "canned hunting" animals are bred
inside enclosures where they are then hunted down by wealthy tourists.
According to brochures, hunters can pay prices
ranging from £200 to £12,000 to kill animals on the sick canned hunting farms -
including giraffe, baboons, hippos and buffalo.
Endangered animals such as elephants, tigers, lion
and rhino also have a price on their heads - but they are each quoted
'depending on availability'.
Those that aren't shot by the heartless hunters are
butchered in slaughterhouses for their bones - used to treat ailments
like rheumatism.
Besides the bones, other body parts are in great
demand as the animal represents strength and bravery, which are believed to be
transferred to the patient.
And in October, a sick safari company was slammed
for offering
bargain hunting packages with a sickening kill one,
shoot one for free deal.
The South Africa-based firm brags it offers
"unrivalled Big 5 hunting safari packages" and lion hunting safaris.
The 'Big 5' consists of the Cape Buffalo,
elephant, leopard, lion, and rhinoceros - which are the most difficult and most
dangerous species to hunt.
The news comes as wildlife campaigners say it is has
never been cheaper to become a trophy hunter, reports The Mirror.
